Sheeja Ananthakrishnan has spent nearly two decades doing the high-stakes work that keeps large financial operations running correctly — on time, in compliance, and at scale. She built and led a 340-person delivery center for Title365’s US mortgage lending programs at Xome Services, ran global reconciliation operations spanning EMEA, APAC, and North America at State Street Global Advisors, and held personal regulatory accountability as a CASS Officer at Northern Trust — a role where precision is the entire job description.
Her path started in the operational trenches: cash reconciliation, cash equities settlements, quality analysis — the roles where you learn, in granular detail, how money actually moves through a financial system before anyone trusts you to manage the people who move it. That grounding shows up in how she leads today: PRINCE2-based governance, Agile delivery, real stakeholder accountability, and status reporting that executives can act on.
In 2022, Sheeja took a planned career break to provide full-time care for a young child — and used those years to go deeper into her field, working systematically through a comprehensive study of global economics and monetary systems. That chapter is complete. She returns with her operational expertise intact and her understanding of the financial system sharper than ever, fully committed to a sustained senior leadership role.
She is now pursuing Director-level, Delivery Head, and Senior Program Manager opportunities where deep operational credibility and genuine command of how markets work are both valued.
